“The inspiration to become a massage therapist came from receiving Myofascial Release. I had injured myself working out and the D.O who was treating me recommended a Myofascial Release Therapist. I had heard of it, but was not familiar with this form of therapy. The first treatment gave me such relief and it had lasted longer than any other therapy I had received in the past.”
Her style of therapy is to listen to the clients, feel into the areas of pain and discomfort, finding the restrictions and then follows the body and fascia where it leads her. She draws on her own experience from receiving therapeutic treatment and combines all of her training to adapt the session to the clients needs. She treats the symptoms and looks further for the source.

Hey! My name is Tessa PTA, LMT, CA, Reiki practitioner. My adventure has brought me to Just Wellness because I believe it utilizes all the important tools needed to achieve balance in every day life. I originally started as lead physical therapist aide at Illinois bone and joint institute. Then, I joined the national health and wellness promotion program to become a licensed massage therapist. I took my training to chiropractic facilities where I also became a chiropractic assistant. During that time, I also became a reiki practitioner. I try to utilize my training to create unique and personalized treatment sessions for each individual.
